Grading - 21st December 2008

There will be a grading at Epping sports centre on Sunday 21st December 2008 4pm - 7pm those of you who are taking part will receive a grading form from your instructor please remember you MUST have a valid current license and a clean gi (karate suit). If you are taking 5TH KYU ( green belt) or above you MUST have hand pads, also when you are doing pairs work make sure you have a partner to do them with.
