Events for 2009

Sunday 14th June

Junior squad training at Epping Sports Centre 11.30 – 1.30 all juniors entering the competition in Grays should attend.

Sunday 5th July

Knife Defence course at Epping Sports Centre for adults and selected junior brown and black belts from 11am - 1pm this is the 3rd course which has been very popular so make sure you book your place.

Sunday 28th June junior competition

We have been invited to the Yamaguchi Goju – Kai junior kumite competition at Grays in Essex. I will be handing out entry forms so please fill them correctly. All participants will receive a medal with trophies for 3rd 2nd and 1st places.

Grading July

The next grading will be in July the date is to be confirmed so make sure you keep training and practicing and be prepared.

Nunchaku course

Again after the success of the last course I will be holding a second open course for both juniors ( green belt and above ) and all seniors, this will be held in September the date is to be confirmed.
