Sofia university was our next destination for training under the tuition of Sensei Sato an enormous man who,s club we had visited in 2003. This was a knockdown club who like to hit the pads a lot which was just what we needed, i really enjoy doing pad work so this was right up my street. After the usual polite greetings we warmed up and went through a variety of combinations working in groups with hes students and instructors who corrected us when we made an error or two but on the whole it all went well. The last time we were here we done quite a bit of sparring but this time we didn't, what I found interesting was the amount of students at the universcity doing so many different types of activaties from cheer leading to breakdancing and band practice all done with loads of enthusiasm it just didn't seem to compare to the one’s over here. |
