Dojo Etiquette

Always bow on entering/leaving the Dojo

Intructors should be referred to as Sensei, & assistant to the instructor as Sempai

Club badges must be worn on the left of the Gi top

Please ensure your license is valid

You should always bring your protective equipement to every class (hand/ leg pads & gum shields)

Swearing and chewing gum are prohibited in the Dojo

Nails (hands and feet) must be kept short and clean for safety

Jewellery or watches should not be worn

Long hair must be tied back

Mobile phones should be switched off during the class
